I’ve been careful about what I put on my skin lately, so I really appreciate that this has more natural-feeling ingredients than a lot of other products I’ve tried. It smells nice without being too much, and so far it hasn’t irritated or upset my skin at all. Definitely feels like a product I can use without worrying too much.

I had an issue with my order and wasn’t thrilled about having to chase it up in the first place. It’s always a bit annoying having to spend time sorting something that should’ve just gone smoothly. That said, they replied really quickly and got it fixed without making it a big drama, so I’m happy with how it turned out.

I was a little nervous about ordering bottles in case anything leaked, but everything showed up perfectly fine. The bottles were nice and secure without there being a ridiculous amount of extra packaging, and the box itself wasn’t battered either. I’d asked support about it beforehand and they basically said, “We make sure the bottles are packed snugly,” which turned out to be true. Really happy with how it arrived...

I’ve been using Faith in Nature shampoo and body wash for a couple of months now, maybe 2 or 3 bottles in, and I’ve been really happy with them.

The big thing for me is that they’re vegan and cruelty free, so I feel better about buying them. The scents are lovely too, noticeable but not overpowering, which I prefer.

Delivery was straightforward and the bottles seem to last a good while, probably around 6-8 weeks for me depending on use. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
